New Special Operational Equipment Tailored Logistic Support Program

Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is rapidly approaching the roll out of our new Tailored Logistic Support Program (TLSP) for our Special Operational Equipment (Spec Ops) customers. This program will enable authorized customers to order special operations, marine diving and life saving products and services. The program is for ordering commercial off the shelf (COTS) part numbered items as well as NSN items that are within the scope of the contract. Since multiple vendors are solicited for prices, customers will benefit from a competitive business model that will ensure customers are getting "best value".

Implementation

Awards have been made for worldwide coverage. Orders will be accepted starting April 2009. But, in order to use the program, you must be registered. Register now.

Customer Registration

Before you can place an order in the Special Ops Program, you need to register. To register, download our Excel spreadsheet, fill in the information, and email it to the following address:

SOECustomerRegistration@dla.mil.

Your information will be loaded, and you will be contacted by one of our customer representatives to finalize your registration.

How to Order

Have you registered for the program yet? Before you can place an order within the program, you must be registered. Once registered, you will be given an order request form that you will fill out and email to SOEOrders@dla.mil. Please read the Customer Guidance Document prior to submitting an order. It will explain the program and those products and services which you may order. The guide also explains how to use the ordering template that will be emailed to the customer once the customer is registered. A DSCP representative will load your request for processing.

World Wide Coverage

The Special Ops TLSP covers customers world wide. Although customers may request items that fall within the scope of the program and meet program conditions, an initial core list of items that are pre-approved for purchase is available.
